Billing questions
Who counts as a user?
Every active person in your organization — employees, managers, HR and admins. Deactivated people don’t count. Pro is billed for at least 5 users.
What if we add people after paying?
New people can join straight away. Your price is based on the number of active people when you pay, so your next payment covers the new total.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
Yes. When you renew, pick either option. The new period starts when your current one ends, so you never lose paid time.
How do refunds work?
Cancel from the Billing page within 7 days of a payment and the full amount goes back to your original payment method, usually within 5–7 working days. After 7 days, you can still switch to Free — Pro stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Full refund policy.
How can we pay?
UPI, debit and credit cards, and net banking, processed securely by Razorpay. A receipt for every payment is available on the Billing page.
What happens when Pro ends?
Your organization moves to the Free plan. Nothing is deleted — Pro features switch back on as soon as you renew.
